Amplify Screening Enablement
You need Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition to make use of Amplify Screening.
This article outlines the enablement steps for Amplify Screening.
Provide Configuration Information
You'll be asked to provide some information to ensure the Screener is set up to your specification. This will include the following information:
Information | Notes / Best Practice |
---|---|
What you'd like to call the Screener |
|
The number of questions you'd like to be automatically created for the Screener |
We recommend three to five questions, as this usually results in the screening taking roughly 10 minutes. Candidates are less likely to want to do the screening if it takes longer than this. |
Default screening questions |
Create questions that warm up a candidate, such as "Can you tell us why you're interested in this position?". |
Post-screening questions |
These generally include questions that aren't critical but are good to know, such as "Are you willing to relocate for the right opportunity?". |
Additional context to better answer candidates' questions |
Create a list of commonly asked questions and provide answers for each to provide more information about the company. Examples:
|
Which departments should have permission to see the Screening Questions tab in the ATS |
|
Your company's terms of service and privacy policies |
|
