Amplify Screening Enablement

You need Bullhorn Automation Amplify Edition to make use of Amplify Screening.

This article outlines the enablement steps for Amplify Screening.

Provide Configuration Information

You'll be asked to provide some information to ensure the Screener is set up to your specification. This will include the following information:

Information Notes / Best Practice

What you'd like to call the Screener

The number of questions you'd like to be automatically created for the Screener

We recommend three to five questions, as this usually results in the screening taking roughly 10 minutes. Candidates are less likely to want to do the screening if it takes longer than this.

Default screening questions

Create questions that warm up a candidate, such as "Can you tell us why you're interested in this position?".

Post-screening questions

These generally include questions that aren't critical but are good to know, such as "Are you willing to relocate for the right opportunity?".

Additional context to better answer candidates' questions

Create a list of commonly asked questions and provide answers for each to provide more information about the company.

Examples:

  • Question: "What are the next steps after this interview, and how long does the hiring process usually take?"
Answer: Our firm, Super Staffers, specializes in connecting skilled professionals with opportunities in light industrial. We’ve been operating since 2006 offering a personalized approach to candidates like yourself. Our goal is to understand your unique circumstances and to match you with the best assignment where you can thrive!

  • Question: What type of benefits or perks do you offer, such as healthcare and 401(k)?
    Answer:

    • Healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision)

    • Retirement Options 401k

    • Voluntary life insurance

We’ll confirm specific details once you move further along in the hiring process, as each position may have its own unique package.

    • Add or edit the list for which submissions should be included/excluded.
    • Update messages to ensure they have the correct terminology for the first two messages.

Testing

After reviewing the setup, we recommend testing Amplify Screening to ensure it works as expected. See Amplify Screening Enablement Testing for a step-by-step guide.
