Finding Your Company's Cluster Number

Overview

You can locate your company's cluster number to identify which cluster you should subscribe to receive status updates on maintenance or outages. You can also use it to identify when your particular cluster will receive a feature release on the release calendar. Locate a product below, then follow the steps below to find your company's cluster number.

For some products, cluster's may be referenced as "instances", "environments", or "pools".

Bullhorn ATS

  1. Anywhere on the home page, right-click the screen and select View Page Source.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the swimLaneId field. This field contains your company cluster ID.

Bullhorn Automation

Log into your account and navigate to Settings > Company Settings > BHA Cluster.

Bullhorn Back Office

Log into your account and view the URL in your browser bar at the top of the page.

Invenias

Each Invenias tenant has a primary subdomain (like yourtenant.invenias.com) and may also have secondary subdomains that point to the same environment. Tenants are hosted in Azure and are grouped into pools, which are sets of tenants sharing infrastructure within the same Azure region.

To check which tenant you're logged into:

  • Desktop app: Right-click the Invenias icon in the system tray, then select About. This shows the subdomain (which identifies the tenant).

  • Web app: The tenant subdomain is visible in the browser URL. For example https://yourtenant.invenias.com.
