LinkedIn RSC Consent and Privacy
As part of the LinkedIn RSC integration, the Consent tab of the Candidate records for your company will populate to help track consent in your database and sync record information with LinkedIn. For more about consent management and the Consent tab, see Opt-In and Consent Management.
There are multiple options available for adding candidate consent and it can be different depending on whether you are required to comply with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) relating to EU citizens:
If you are not a GDPR-enabled client, you have the following options:
-
Automatic Sync
-
Sync new and existing candidates to LinkedIn with consent automatically added for them.
-
-
Manual Sync
-
Candidates have to provide consent to sync their information to LinkedIn.
-
If you are a GDPR-enabled client, you have an additional option when tracking consent.
During your initial setup, you provide Bullhorn Support with the Purpose and Legal Basis you want to use to capture candidate consent. The values that you provide must exist on candidate records to share their data with LinkedIn.
Bullhorn unsyncs Candidate data with LinkedIn when consent for a Candidate is revoked. When this occurs, the ATS unsyncs the Candidate from LinkedIn and LinkedIn stops storing and displaying ATS Candidate data and associated submission data.
