How do I change my Email Notifications and Audio Notifications

Updating Email and Audio Notifications

To change your email settings, click on your profile image on the upper right corner of your screen, then click Profile. In your Profile, click notifications on the left side of your screen. Here, you will have the option to receive Email Notifications and Audio Notifications. Email notifications will send you an email each time you receive an inbound message. Audio notifications will play a tone whenever you receive an inbound message.

When turned on, these switches will be blue and turned to the right, as shown below:

Once you have changed your settings, click Save.
