Modifying the Values Listed in the Opportunity Reason Closed Drop Down

If you're an administrator, you modify the values listed in the opportunity entity's reasonClosed drop-down via Field Mappings:

All values listed are prefixed with either "Won:" or "Lost:"; we recommend formatting them this way as this allows Bullhorn to only display the relevant reasons when closing an opportunity. Any values not prepended with these prefixes appear in the Reason Closed drop-down regardless of whether you choose Won or Lost.
