Running the Recruiting Activity Report
You can use the Recruiting Activity report to track hiring process activity including prescreens, interviews and hires for themselves, other users, and for their team.
You can limit the records returned in this report by setting one or more of the filters in the table below. If you select multiple filters, Bullhorn returns records meeting the criteria of all selected filters. The filters marked with a red asterisk are required: you must enter data for those. Filter and column names may differ depending on your company's terminology.

Time period of the activity to include. If blank, defaults to last week. |

Date range of the activity to include. |
Filter User Activity By (Me check box) |
Limits data to activity you own. |
Recruiter |
Limits data to activity for the selected users. Data only displays for users with the same primary department as you. If selected, the report pulls for these individuals and ignores the Me check box. |

Limits activity to the selected companies. |
Filter Department Activity By (My Department check box) |
Limits data to activity in your primary department. |
Department |
Limits data to activity for selected users for whom the selected department is the primary department. If selected, the report pulls for users in these departments and ignores the My Department check box. |

If selected - Hides the graphical version of the report when generated. If unchecked - Displays the graphical version of the report when generated. |
Export Level |
Level of detail you want to export: summary (low-level details are not included) or detail (low-level details are included). Note that this filter only applies when the report format is unformatted Excel. |
Report Format |
Display format of the report: web browser or Excel. |
After clicking Generate Report, the following columns appear. Note that this report only displays 150 records. Activity totals display for all users within the department. When you expand the department, totals for each user display. Expand the user to display their detailed activity.
If reporting by candidate owner, the user gets credit if they are the primary candidate owner. If reporting by activity author, the user gets credit if they are the person who completed the activity as listed on the added by field on the submission.

Number of placements with a current or prior status of Approved and a start date within the selected date range.
