Can I search for records owned by disabled users?

Searching for Records Owned by a Disabled User

1. From your Bullhorn Menu, navigate to the desired list-view.
   
2. Ensure that your list is cleared of all filters.
   
3. Select the Columns drop-down, add the Owner column to your view, and then click Save.
   
4. Click the Owner column, search for the name of the disabled user, and click enter on your keyboard.
   

The list will now display records owned by the disabled user that you searched for, given that there are records under their ownership.

If the above steps didn't work for you, ensure that there are no boxes selected within the Users drop-down. If any boxes are checked, the list will only return records owned by enabled users.

Click  >  to deselect every box.
