Select your username at the top-right of the screen and select Preferences. Scroll to the Calendar & Tasks section:

If an option other than Do nothing is selected, appointments sent to you from Bullhorn will be automatically declined and deleted if the proposed appointment is suggested for the same date/time as an existing appointment on your 3rd party email calendar.
