This article explains how to use the Email Library to build and store email templates.

Using the Email Library

Most firms have quite a few emails in Bullhorn Automation, but all those emails are usually based on just one or two templates. Storing those templates in your library will ensure they are always readily available and approved by everyone internally.

Your email library is located in the Library tab of Bullhorn Automation in the left hand navigation. When you add a new template, by clicking the Add button, you can choose between using one of our base templates, or starting from scratch. 

Tip:

We recommend starting with a Bullhorn Automation template. Even if you end up changing your email dramatically, this will be easier as most of the settings are already tuned, and you can easily delete any unwanted elements.
