Hibernated Lists and Automations

Overview

Can't seem to find your list or automation that was created some time ago and you're sure it hasn't been deleted? Then it's likely it has been hibernated. This article covers Bullhorn Automation's hibernation feature and how it works for lists and automations.

Hibernation Logic

Lists

If the answer is "Yes" to the following criteria, Bullhorn Automation will hibernate the list:

  • Is the list attached to a hibernated automation?
  • The list isn't used for a Smart Token, Owner Assignment Rule, Semantic Match Configuration, or Search criteria in a different list
  • Was the list not viewed or modified in the last 30 days?

Automations

Automations will be hibernated under the following circumstances:

  • The automation is paused and has not been viewed or edited for 30 days.
  • The automation has never been turned on and has not been viewed or edited for 60 days.
