About AI Auto Match

AI Auto Match enhances recruiter productivity by automatically matching the best talent in the Bullhorn ATS to assigned jobs. By removing manual search, alleviating reliance on multiple candidate sources, and automating basic qualification outreach. AI Auto Match lowers acquisition costs and expedites the placement of candidates.

  • This is only available in the Enterprise Edition of Bullhorn Automation.
  • Location is optimized for US, UK, AUS, and NZ countries for the English language.

Marketplace Partner Integrations

If you work with a Bullhorn Marketplace partner that has built an integration for AI Auto Match, you may choose to leverage the partner's matching technology. While AI Auto Match will still work as described in this article, the matching process will be run by the matching engine of our Marketplace Partner.

A Bullhorn Marketplace partner needs to build in this integration in order to be able to use AI Auto Match.

How Much Should I Automate?

You may choose to start the AI Auto Match process by simply alerting recruiters about a new job and including the top matches (stop at step 9 above).

Once you are confident in the matches you can automate alerts to candidates about these roles. You can also use surveys to ask pre-screening questions and send calendar links to book time. The process would look like this:

  1. A new Job is entered (this can be done automatically via VMS Sync).
  2. The best Candidates are matched to that job.
  3. Matched Candidates are sent a message.
  4. If the Candidates are interested, they click a button to answer a few pre-screening questions.
  5. If they pass the pre-screen, a message can be sent directly from the recruiter with a calendar link.
  6. The recruiter is now talking to a Candidate who is a good fit, interested, screened and scheduled.
