VMS Sync Submittals: ATS Submission Not Created

This issue occurs for one of two reasons.

Rcord Types Don't Match

Resolution

1. Match active Record Types (name and API API, or Application Programming Interface, is used by customers to create custom career portals or to take advantage of Data Mirror/DataMart. Bullhorn prefers to use REST API. name) across these objects:

2. Assign them to the Admin Profile.

Job and Application V2 Record Type Don't Match

Resolution

Match Record Types name defaults for the Job and App v2 objects by doing the following:

1. Go to Setup Salesforce.
2. Go to Users > Profiles.
3. Select System Administrator.
4. Select Object Settings under the Apps section.
5. Select the Application First stage of Job placement flow (Application> Submittal>Interview>Offer> Placement)/Job objects.
6. Select Edit.
7. Verify the Record Type defaults are the same for both objects.
