Amplify Activities (Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud)

Activities are how Digital Workers utilize Amplify’s skills to deliver high value work (either initiated by individual users or completed autonomously). Every time a digital worker uses a skill it will be considered an activity.

Examples:

• Standard Enrichment (1 activity per 5k records updated)
• Candidate A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. Screening (1 activity per screen completed)
• Presenting Candidates A person looking for a job. A candidate can also be referred to as a Job Seeker, Applicant, or Provider. (1 activity per submission An internal submission (submission, shortlist) is used to save the candidate against a job for which they may be a good fit. packet created)
• Outreach campaigns (1 activity per recipient)
• Advanced Enrichment (1 activity per record updated)
• Transcribing conversations (1 activity per transcript)
• Auditing Records (1 activity per record validated)

Examples that are NOT activities:

• Single drafting tasks (writing an email, improving a job description)
