Amplify Activities (Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud)

Activities are how Digital Workers utilize Amplify’s skills to deliver high value work (either initiated by individual users or completed autonomously). Every time a digital worker uses a skill it will be considered an activity.

Examples:

• Standard Enrichment (1 activity per 5k fields updated)
• Advanced Enrichment (1 activity per record update)
• Candidate Screening (3 activities per completed screen)
• Presenting Candidates (2 activities per document or packet)
• Outreach campaigns (1 activity per recipient enrolled in a campaign)
• Transcribing conversations (1 activity per call/meeting)
• Auditing Records (1 activity per record)

Examples that are NOT activities:

• Single drafting tasks (writing an email, improving a job description)
