Deleting Job Rate Card Versions

Rate Card Versions can not be made inactive, but they can be replaced or deleted. Follow the steps below to delete unneeded Job Rate Card versions. See Managing Job Rate Card Versions to learn more about Rate Card Versions.

You must meet the following criteria in order to delete Job Rate Card Versions:

  • The Rate Card version effective date is not the earliest date.
  • You have the correct combination of entitlements. If you are unable to delete Rate Card versions, please contact Bullhorn Support to review your entitlements.
  1. Navigate to the Job record and select the Rate Cards tab.
  2. If necessary, choose the version of the rate card to be deleted by selecting the Effective On date.
    • The Current version will be selected by default.
    • The version with the earliest effective date cannot be deleted.
  3. Choose Delete.
