Bullhorn Feature: Candidate Status

Candidate statuses from Bullhorn are available in the Bullhorn Sourcing Accelerator at a glance, also enabling updates to the candidate's status with just a single click.

Status Indicators

Just to the right of the candidate's Bullhorn ID, round status indicators will appear to visualize their current status.

Active: Eligible to be recruited. Includes candidate statuses such as: New Lead, Active Available, Eligible and Active

Inactive: Non-recruitable due to prior experiences. Includes candidate statuses such as: Terminated, Unavailable, Resigned

Warning: Appears next to the above statuses to suggest taking a detailed look at the candidate's history before contacting. Includes candidate statuses such as: Placed Perm, Do Not Use, DNA

Change Status

A candidate's status can be changed by hovering or clicking on the status indicator and selecting from the provided dropdown menu. Once a new option is selected, the candidate's status will be updated in Bullhorn and reflected in the sidebar with the appropriate indicators.
