Remove Cookies

If you are having trouble connecting to your ATS in the Bullhorn Sourcing Accelerator, here is a general solution that will most likely resolve your issue. Note to please replace the url in step 1 below with your own domain.

1. Visit this URL in your Chrome browser: https://erecruit.yourdomain.com/RestServices/authenticate.
2. Click on the document icon in the browser address bar to the left of “http”.
3. The permissions tab should be selected, if not click on it to view the permission settings.
4. Under the headline “Cookies”, there is a blue link that states how many cookies you have on that site. Click on that link.
5. You should see a screen similar to this one attached below.
   

6. Open the dropdown next to the eRecruit address to reveal the cookies folder as shown above.
7. Click remove followed by “Close”.
8. Log back into the Bullhorn Sourcing Accelerator.
