Bullhorn Hub Login Troubleshooting
You can log into the Bullhorn Hub in different ways depending on your product:
- ATS Customers: By using “Login with Bullhorn ATS”
- Salesforce Product Customers: By using “Login with Salesforce”
- All Other Customers: Register to enable you to directly
Your Email Does Not Match Records
Ensure your email matches what is registered in Bullhorn’s system. Contact your Bullhorn administrator to confirm or update your email.
Your Account Record Does Not Exist
If you receive an error stating your account cannot be found:

Check with your organization’s Bullhorn support contact to verify your setup in Bullhorn’s system.

Request your support contact to create a user record and grant access to the Hub if necessary.
Your Account is Not Registered for Passwordless Authentication
If you try to log in and receive the error that your account is not registered for passwordless authentication, you may need to select the relevant “Log In” button:
- If you have an ATS account, click the "Log In with Bullhorn ATS" button.
- If you use a Salesforce product, click the "Log In with Salesforce" button.
One-Time Code Not Received
Check both your inbox and junk/spam folders for the login code email. If it’s still missing, contact Bullhorn Support for assistance.
Logging into the Bullhorn Hub via SSO through the ATS in Sandbox/staging Environment
For the best experience, we recommend logging into the Bullhorn Hub through your Production Environment user to gain access to knowledge articles, training, and to submit cases.
