How to Start a Live Chat

If you are a support contact:

  1. Open the Bullhorn Hub.

  2. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

  3. Select the product you need help with. You will be connected directly to a live analyst.

  4. Start explaining your question or issue in the chat window.

What Happens if No Analyst Is Available

  • If it’s outside live chat hours, you can submit a support case instead.

  • You’ll have the chance to review your case details before sending them.

  • A support analyst will follow up using your preferred contact method.

Tips for a Successful Live Chat

  • Clearly describe your question or problem.

  • Share any error messages, observations, or recent changes to your system.

  • Mention any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried to save time.
