How to Start a Live Chat
If you are a support contact:

Open the Bullhorn Hub.

Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

Select the product you need help with. You will be connected directly to a live analyst.

Start explaining your question or issue in the chat window.
What Happens if No Analyst Is Available

If it’s outside live chat hours, you can submit a support case instead.

You’ll have the chance to review your case details before sending them.

A support analyst will follow up using your preferred contact method.
Tips for a Successful Live Chat

Clearly describe your question or problem.
