Fields That Can Be Added as a Custom Filter in the Sourcing Center
Various fields can be added as Custom Filters within Sourcing Center. There is a limit of 15 custom fields, so if an Org is already at 15 some will need to be removed to add new ones.
Most Contact fields can be used as a filter with the exception of:
- Text Area
- Long Text
- Created By
- Created Date
Formula fields that don't include fields on the Contact object are also not recommended because they won't stay in sync with the Sourcing Center database.

Adding Sourcing Center filters is completed by Tier 2. Before escalating a case be sure to provide the Name, API Name, and Object of the field to be added.
Sourcing Center in a sandbox environment requires extra configuration and is a billable request as it requires extra licensing. Typically all Sourcing Center changes are completed in production.
