Unable to View Jobscience Recruiting Objects and Records
When a User, especially a new User, is unable to view Jobscience specific objects and records (such as Applications or Job Orders) it is because they have not been assigned a Jobscience Recruiting license. You can check the Managed Packages section on User's detail page in Setup > Users to see if a license has been assigned.
If the license is not listed, click the Assign Licenses button to add it. If the Org does not have any more available licenses you may be able to assign a license from an Inactive User (after checking with the System Administrator) or work with the customer's Account Manager to purchase additional Jobscience licenses.
