Error Parsing Resumes in an Upgraded Sandbox
When parsing a resume in the sandbox a user might encounter an error about the Account record tied to Jobscience.
This error occurs when the parser is unable to find the record identified by the default Account ID listed in Custom Settings. Often this is because the Account ID was copied directly from production and does not exist in the sandbox. To resolve this, a Candidate account record needs to be created in the sandbox and the resulting Record ID added to Custom Settings.
- Go to Setup > Custom Code > Custom Settings.
- Click Manage next to Config.
- Click Edit.
- Locate the Recruiting Account ID field and enter the new default Candidate Account Record ID.
- Click Save.
