SObject Error When Rejecting a Candidate in the AMS

If a User sees a "List has no rows for assignment to SObject" error when trying to reject a candidate in the AMS the most common reason is that the Application record is set to the wrong Record Type. All related records should match the Record Type of the Job Order, so if the Job Order record type is Permanent then any related Applications, Submittals, Interviews, and Placements should also have a Record Type of Permanent.

To resolve this error ensure that the Record Type field is added to the page layout on the Application (or other related record) and change the Record Type to match that of the Job Order.
