Under Maintenance Error Thrown When Registering

The Kelly Job Board is throwing an Under Maintenance Error, but only for a subset of Job Boards.

If a "Website Under Maintenance" error is thrown for a few Job Boards, especially upon the Registration action, a mismatch of configurations is likely the cause. A common root cause will be an Inactive Owner on the Board Setup Record.

  1. Determine which Job Boards throw the error when Registering.

  2. Access the Board Setup Records inside Salesforce for the Job Boards

  3. Confirm the Record Owner is an inactive User

  4. Change the Record Owner to an active User

  5. Save the changes

  6. Wait for the Job Board Sync to process the changes

  7. Test the Registration process for the affected Job Board(s) to confirm root cause is resolved
