Invoice Compression

The Invoice Compression feature automatically compresses PDF Invoices to help ensure file size limitations do not interfere with invoice delivery or downloading. You may want to enable Invoice Compression for any of the following reasons:

You often send large Invoices to clients via email.

Invoices usually contain multiple images.

Invoices are sent in large batches.
When Invoice Compression is enabled, the default Max Resolution is 300 and the default Quality is 70%. These settings are configurable. Contact Support to update the Max Resolution and Quality for your company.
Invoice Compression is enabled at the corporation level and will impact all Invoices across your corporation. Contact Support to enable Invoice Compression or make updates to existing Invoice Compression settings.
