Transaction Uploader Exceptions Report
An error report will be sent and can be downloaded if any exceptions were found while using the Transaction Uploader in BTE. The report can be accessed by selecting the Download link within the Exceptions column. Use the following table to understand and resolve any potential errors you encounter while using Transaction Uploader.

Placement not found. |
The Placement information uploaded to the Transaction Uploader doesn't match any Placement information found in BTE. |
Check that the information you uploaded is accurate (ID Numbers, First and Last Names, and Timesheet Period). |
Transaction date is not within defined timesheet period. |
A transaction date uploaded does not fall within the defined timesheet period. |
Check that the transaction dates and timesheet periods that were uploaded are correct. |
Provided timesheet period is invalid. |
The timesheet period of the uploaded file does not match what is in BTE. |
Check that the timesheet periods that were uploaded are correct and formatted properly. |
Earn code not found on rate card. |
An uploaded Earn Code can not be found on the Placement's Rate Card. |
Check that the uploaded Earn Codes and the Placement’s Rate Card is ATS are both correct. |
Unable to process due to invalid data. |
Data on the uploaded file is invalid. This error can indicate a formatting issue. |
Check that the data uploaded is correct. If there are no errors and you can not resolve the issue, contact Bullhorn Support. |
An error has occurred. |
Any other reason than the above for not processing. For example, bad data or a formatting error. |
