How to Subscribe to Bullhorn Updates
Stay informed about important Bullhorn activity by subscribing to updates. The Bullhorn Status Page provides system status information including system incidents and maintenance updates.
By subscribing to updates, you’ll also receive product announcements, notifications about upcoming releases, and scheduled maintenance windows where available.
You can choose to receive updates by email, text message, or through an RSS or Atom Feed, so you are aware of what is happening across Bullhorn products and services.
Step 1: Go to the Bullhorn Status Page
Visit status.bullhorn.com and click Subscribe to Updates in the top right corner.
Step 2: Choose Your Subscription Method
You can subscribe using one of the following methods:

Email: Enter your email address and click Subscribe via Email.

Text Message: Select your country, enter your phone number, and click Subscribe via Text Message.

RSS or Atom Feed: Click the feed icon and choose either Atom Feed or RSS Feed.
Step 3: Confirm Your Subscription
Before receiving updates, you’ll need to confirm your subscription:

For email subscriptions, check your inbox for a confirmation email.

For text subscriptions, respond to the confirmation message.
If you don’t receive the confirmation, click Re-send confirmation link on the page.
Step 4: Select the Components You Want to Monitor
Once your subscription is confirmed, you can choose which Bullhorn components to receive updates for.
Each category section is represented by a product and each component selection represents a server where your company's database is located for that specific product.
Expand each product section (for example, Bullhorn Back Office or Bullhorn Automation) and select or deselect the options based on your needs.
When finished, click Save to confirm your preferences.
Finding Your Bullhorn ATS/CRM Cluster
Not sure which Bullhorn ATS/CRM cluster your company is on? Don’t worry — it’s easy to find out!
To determine your cluster (CLS):

Sign in to Bullhorn ATS/CRM.

Right-click anywhere on the home page and select View Page Source.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for swimLaneId.

The number next to swimLaneId indicates your company’s cluster.
If your company uses a sandbox environment, repeat these steps there to identify your sandbox cluster.
