Salesforce Integration Setup

Overview

If you have Salesforce as your CRM, here are the setup details you need for SourceBreaker.

How to Set Up the Salesforce Integration with SourceBreaker

To set up the Salesforce integration with SourceBreaker, take the following steps:

1. Determine whether or not your Salesforce environment is compatible to integrate with SourceBreaker.​
   •  We currently support the following that integrate with SourceBreaker:
     • Bullhorn for Salesforce
     • Talent Rover
     • Seven20
   • If you use any other type of Salesforce environment, please let us know the name and we'll confirm whether or not it's compatible.

2. Reach out to sourcebreakersupport@bullhorn.com with the following information:

   • Your Salesforce Administrator's contact information (if applicable)
     • If you do not have a Salesforce Administrator, please provide contact details for the person who looks after your Salesforce integration, as they'll be required to help during the setup process.
   • Which Salesforce environment you are using (as listed in Step 1)
   • Do you want to set up the integration within your sandbox environment or production environment first?

Once we have this information, our support team will reach out to you and the Salesforce Administrator to set up a call regarding the integration with SourceBreaker.
