Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Company Mapping

Company Mapping connects VMS company data to ATS company data so that the correct ATS company is set on a position when it uploads. This matching can happen automatically or manually.

Salesforce Sobject Resolution

  • If the ATS Company Entity field is set on the account that object will be used for the ATS companies.

    • With company mapping enabled an ATS Company Address Field will appear.

    • ATS Company Address Field displays all address fields on the ATS Company entity.

    • If there are no address type fields on the sobject or none selected sync will try to parse out individual parts of the address from the sobject.

  • If the Salesforce package type is talentrover the sobject default is TR1__Branch__c.

    • Use "Accounts" for Company Mapping feature has been deprecated and talentrover customers wishing to use Account must select it for the ATS Company Entity.

  • All other packages default to Account.

Address Resolution

  • If the ATS Company Address Field is set on the account and exists on the company we will use that address field to apply values.

  • Account sobject defaults to using the ShippingAddress and falls back to BillingAddress if Shipping has no street or postal code.

  • TR1__Branch__c sobject defaults to the Street_Address__c fields and uses the Billing_ prefixed equivalents when primary fields are empty.

  • Locations_CO__c sobject maps the address fields directly from the company. Address_Line_1__c, City__c, State__c, ZIP__c.

  • As a default if the sobject is not listed above and an address field is not set sync will attempt to map directly from the company.
