An LLM, or Large Language Model, is a deep learning model that has been pre-trained on vast amounts of data and is used to power generative AI.) generate tailored emails or texts/SMS for each candidate or contact. Each message can be reviewed and edited before sending, enabling hyper-personalized communication with minimal manual effort.
How Amplify Outreach Works
Amplify Outreach connects Bullhorn Automation and ATS so you can build, personalize, and launch outreach campaigns directly from candidate or contact records.

Build the Automation
In Bullhorn Automation, create an automation that includes Send Email or Send Text steps and select Allow in Amplify from the settings.
Emails must use plain text and include clear instructions for the LLM to personalize the content. Other steps such as Add Task and Add Wait can also be included.

Initiate Outreach
In Bullhorn ATS, launch the automation from the Amplify tab on a contact or candidate record, or from your Amplify Overview to enroll multiple records at once.

Review Steps
The LLM generates draft messages based on your automation setup and record data. Before launching, you should review, edit, and approve each message. You can also preview or modify Task and Wait steps to fine-tune your workflow.

Launch the Automation
When you’re ready, start the automation. The selected candidate or contact will progress through the campaign with the personalized content and pacing you’ve configured.
