The Reports
The Summary Report displays the Company, Branch, Sales Posting Date (or whatever Display Type you select), Account Manager, Recruiter, Pay Amount, Bill Amount, Burden Amount, Margin Amount, Margin % and Markup % for each timecard. It is called a summary report because the timecard Pay and Bill amounts are summarized. Totals are given based on the grouping selected.
The Detailed Report displays the same information as the Summary Report. In addition, it also displays the PayBill Code, Pay Hours, Pay Rate, Bill Hours and Bill Rate. Unlike the Summary Report which summarizes all transactions on a timecard, the Detailed report breaks it down by PayBill Code. Totals are given based on the grouping selected.
