EEOC Pay Data Report

This report provides information to assist in reporting required EEOC Pay Data information. The report displays a summary of Total Hours and Total Employee Count for specific assignments that were paid during the reporting year for the selected Corporation. The information is grouped by Employee Branch, Job Category, Race/Ethnicity, Gender and Pay Band for assignments that contain EEOC Job Category on the job.

The report will return information ONLY where the assignment’s associated job has a work location of California, contains an EEOC Job Category, the employee record contains values for Race/Ethnicity and Gender, and that employee was paid during a specified check date range. Annual Government Reporting Summary must be completed before running the report.

Note: Before running the EEOC Pay Data Report, prepare your ‘Snapshot’ of employees by populating the EEOC Job Category on Assignment Jobs for which the employees were paid during the sample pay period. Where an employee was on multiple assignments, it is recommended that the same EEOC Job Category be specified on each affected job. This will avoid the employee being represented multiple times on the report. Review and update Race/Ethnicity and Gender data the Personal Information segment of the Candidate record as appropriate.

  • Corporation: Payroll Corporation(required - defaults to the logged in user's corporation).
  • Reporting Year: The payroll year to be reported. This corresponds to the government reporting process (required – defaults to prior year).

For performance purposes the following two items should be noted when using the Values droplist. First, in order to enhance performance, once a value is selected, the droplist only displays those items alphabetically/numerically AFTER the selected item. To see all items again, delete the value (select it and press Delete on your keyboard) and then use the droplist. All items will display. Second, in order to enhance performance, the droplist only displays a set number of records. If the list of possible values is longer than the displayed list, select the name at the bottom of the list as the value. When you next click the droplist, the rest of the items display.

Note: The main report displays Report Totals for the number of employees within each group and the total hours worked by the employees in that group.
