The Job process starts with Job Leads Object. Its records store details about a Job position not yet advertised or confirmed by potential Client. Once the Client confirms, the Job Lead can be converted to Job record. which are used to track potential opportunities for your agency. Job Leads A record that holds a potential relationship with a person or company. Examples: candidates, contacts, companies, jobs. can be converted into Jobs to begin the recruiting process. Also included here are Job Boards which allow posting positions for which you’re actively recruiting.
