Enrich from Notes eliminates the manual data-entry step that follows every screening call. Recruiters type or paste their call notes directly into the flow, and Amplify's AI analyzes the text to suggest structured field updates for the candidate or job record — things like salary, job title, contact details, and availability. Each suggestion shows a confidence level and the exact phrase from the note that informed it. Recruiters review, edit if needed, accept what's relevant, and save. Only accepted values are written back to the record.

Out of the box, the feature enriches:

• Candidate (Contact): Job Title, Email, Mobile Phone, Current Salary, Desired Salary, Current Hourly Rate, Desired Hourly Rate, Notice Period

• Job: Job Title, Salary Low, Salary High, Estimated Start Date

Admins can extend enrichment to additional objects and fields through configuration, no code changes required. The AI will only extract values explicitly stated in the note, it won't infer or guess missing information.
