Logging Screening Results as Power Notes

Screening results are now automatically logged as a Power Note when saved back into Salesforce, giving recruiters and administrators a structured, traceable record of every screening interaction.

A new Power Note is created with the screening transcript as the note body, using the subject "Amplify Note".

Previously, screening results were stored only to the specified ApplicationV2 or Job Board Application record. Now, both destinations are written simultaneously.

 

Who Is Affected:

  • Recruiters - Can now view a full transcript of screening results directly from the associated record's activity history.

  • Administrators - Power Note creation is automatic and requires no additional configuration; it fires whenever a non-empty summary transcript is available.

 

Power Notes Included in Candidate Data for AI-Generated Outputs

The 5 most recent Power Notes are now part of the candidate data payload sent to Agentforce, making them available to the following prompt templates:

  • Pitch a Candidate

  • Pitch a Job

  • Summarize Profile

This gives AI-generated outputs a fuller picture of a candidate's history.

 

Who Is Affected:

  • Recruiters - AI-generated candidate pitches, job pitches, and profile summaries will now reflect insights from Power Notes, resulting in richer and more accurate outputs.
