Synced InMails and Notes

On the Candidate record under the LinkedIn InMail History tab you can see the history of InMails and Notes.

    • Multiple threads will only show if more than one recruiter has been in contact through InMails with the Candidate.
  • Notes on this tab are not standard Bullhorn for Salesforce notes. This is a separate object created to house notes added from LinkedIn but are not replicated to the standard Salesforce Notes object.

InMails and Notes do not sync in real time. To see the most up to date information, you'll need to click the Refresh button on the right side of the tab.
