Salesforce 2025 Update Required: TextKernel Portal Visibility Issues

In the Winter 2025 release, Salesforce is enabling a new CSP Adopt Updated CSP Directives setting. This setting will prevent iFrames (i.e. the TextKernelClosed A BH4SF partner. One of the Search and Match / Resume Parsin services providers integrated with BH4SF Portal) from displaying.

In BH4SF, the CSP Adopt Updated CSP Directives setting is located in the following place:

  • Setup > Session Settings > Content Security Policy (CSP) Directive Rendering > Adopt Updated CSP Directives

The fix created to prevent this issue is to add the iFrame URL to the Org’s Trusted URLs (Setup > Trusted URLs).

TextKernel must be added as a Trusted URL for the Org before the Salesforce Winter 2025 release. We are providing two options for the update:

  • Packaged Fix: We are adding a post install script to the 2024.08 (this) BH4SF release that automatically adds the required URLs to the Org’s Trusted URLs when upgrading the Org to that release.
  • Manual Fix: If you prefer to run the script manually, we can provide a script that you can execute directly in your Org. This fix is designed to work with any package version. For more information, please contact Bullhorn Support.
Caution: If you plan to execute the script yourself, we encourage you to make this update quickly to avoid experiencing issues after Salesforce’s Winter 2025 release.

Bullhorn Support will reach out to all customers using the TextKernel Portal in order to complete one of the aforementioned options. The team will also offer to execute the script for you.
