Shift-Based Jobs Page Layout Updates

The packaged job’s "Shift Work Layout" page layout has been modified to do the following:

• Ensure that the competency bundle appears in the Shift Scheduling section, below Job Type
• Add the Manage Invitations, Find Workers, and Restart Generation quick actions below the Clone Work Schedule action.

Equivalent changes should be applied to the layout(s) used for shift-based jobs on the org.
