Add Client Rate Agreement

Overview

This article explains how to create a Client Rate Agreement.

Client Rate Agreements are a simple approach to guarantee that contractual obligations for Jobs and Placements are honored. By using Client Rate Agreements, you ensure that the correct earn codes and rate details are applied to the relevant Jobs and Placements for specific clients. This saves recruiters the manual effort involved in checking that placements are in line with contractual agreements.

Before You Begin

You must have the appropriate user type entitlements to view, add and edit Client Rate Agreements. Please contact Bullhorn One Support to review and adjust these settings.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Menu > Companies and select the client company that needs to have a Rate Agreement set up.
    • You can also open the company record using Find.
  2. Open the Rate Agreements tab on the company record and select ADD RATE AGREEMENT.
  3. Complete the following fields:
    • Name: Use a unique name to identify the Rate Agreement.
    • Effective Date
    • Status
  4.  Complete the following Match Rate Criteria:
     
    • Categories: Select all the categories that are specific to this agreement.
    • Specialties: Select all the specialties for this agreement.
    • Employment Types: Select all the employment types that apply.
    • States: If the agreement is only for specific states, select those that apply.
    • Job Codes: Select all the job codes for this agreement.
  5. Complete the Rate Card:
    • Earn Codes: Add the appropriate earn codes for this agreement. An Earn Code Template may also be used.
  6. Click Save.
