If your network performs outbound IP based web-filtering, you should add these IP ranges to be allowed.

What are the network settings for ethernet?
Use the below settings when accessing the internet via an Ethernet (RJ45) connection:
- DHCP is recommended
- Static settings require:
- IP Address
- Gateway
- Subnet Mask
- DNS Address
For Outbound Internet Access:
- HTTP (port 80) and HTTPS (port 443) need to be open to communicate with the host website: https://interface.myPeoplenet.com
For Outbound Time Service Access
- NTP (port 123) is needed to sync the device time to time.windows.com (default)
What is the default DNS Server Addresses?
If your clock is returning an error message of "DNS Failed," it is possible that the network the clock is on is blocking
's default DNS server addresses.Please work with your internal IT team to make sure the following DNS addresses are allowed:
- 64.94.1.1
- 4.2.2.2
