SMS Timesheets Workflow

SMS Timesheets allows Placements to record and submit their hours through SMS text message. AI then parses the information into the appropriate Bullhorn Time & Expense timesheet. This gives Placements a quick and easy way to submit their weekly hours and supports Admins by reducing the manual effort it takes to chase and enter time.

SMS Timesheets works by parsing information from the text messaging thread between the chatbot and the placement into Bullhorn Time & Expense. The full workflow is as follows:

Placement completes the SMS Timesheets flow start to submission

Auto-Parsed

Time is automatically parsed into the Placement's timesheet in BTE

BTE Admin reviews and approves the timesheet as usual
