Invenias provides web services, software for users to download, and online services which can be accessed through a pc and other devices. This notice applies to you, no matter how you access Invenias’ services and software.
Please read this notice carefully before using any Invenias service or software. By using any service or software provided by Invenias you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this notice, and agree that you have read and understand this notice and the documents it refers to. If you do not agree with the terms of this notice, you must not access or use any Invenias software or services.
In providing you with an access link or password a customer of Invenias (Customer) may invite you to access Invenias software or services made available to them under licence. Invenias permits its Customers to grant such access provided that its Customer complies with certain restrictions and provided that the Customer remains responsible for your use and actions relating to the services and software.

Privacy is important to Invenias. Invenias will process your personal information as set out in the Invenias User Privacy Policy. You agree and understand that Invenias may process your personal information in accordance with the Invenias User Privacy Policy. You will not upload the personal information of any individual to the Invenias service unless you are legally permitted to do so.
Invenias uses cookies on its site in accordance with the Invenias Cookie Policy.
Acceptable Use Policy
You must only use the Invenias services and software in compliance with the Invenias Acceptable Use Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Invenias Acceptable Use Policy and the consequences of failure to comply with it.

Invenias and its licensors own and reserve all intellectual property rights in the Invenias software and services (including, but not limited to, all copyright), and you agree that you will not do anything to infringe or prejudice those rights.

In using the Invenias services and software you must ensure any data or information you submit or send to the site or service:

- complies with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which it is posted.
The content and materials accessible via the services are likely to be confidential and may also be protected by intellectual property rights around the world.

Invenias may post changes to this notice via the service or software, and such changes shall be effective from the next time you use the Invenias software or access the service.
Law and Jurisdiction
This User Notice and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to settle any such matter.
