Proximity Search Fair Use Policy

Our fair usage policy is designed to ensure that all of our customers receive a fast and reliable service and use the service for the reasons intended in the appropriate way.

Once the initial geo-coding of the database has been completed, when the service is first enabled, the fair usage policy will be applied.

The geo-code look ups that form part of the Invenias Proximity service are not expected to exceed 500 lookups per user per month.

The majority of our customers will not be impacted by the fair usage policy. However, if those unlikely circumstances occur and if, in Invenias’ reasonable opinion, you are abusing the service in any way, such as exceeding fair use policy, we may ask you to moderate your behaviour – and in extreme cases, we may limit the speed of, or block your access to, geo-coding services, or we may disable the service pending investigation.

In certain circumstances, such as a merger or acquisition of another company then we are happy to discuss the variation of the licence structure for these purposes.
