Enable Submittals in VMS Sync Admin Tools

Do the following to enable VMS Sync Submittals in VMS Sync Admin Tools:

  1. In VMS Sync Admin Tools, navigate to the account.
  2. Confirm the following settings:
    • These settings are required:
      • Status = Active
      • Submittals Enabled = On
      • Update Submittal Entity Directly = Off
      • ATS Entities
        • Candidate, Submission
      • Submittals Test Mode = Off
        • You can enable this setting to simulate submittals functionality without making a live VMS submission.
    • These settings are optional:
      • Auto-Close Tab After Saving Submittals
      • Show Only Required Submittal Fields
  3. Click View Credentials.
  4. Filter Type by Submittal supported values.
    • Including Fieldglass, Beeline, Pixid, and Healthtrust
  5. Click a Credential ID.
  6. Confirm the following settings:
    • These settings are required:
      • Status: Active
      • Positions: On
      • Submittals Enabled: On
    • These settings are optional:
      • Allow Withdraw and Resubmission of Candidates
        • Fieldglass only
      • Show Non-Required Fields From The Create Stage
  7. Click the Submittals tab and click Submittal Setup.
    • This isn't required for Healthtrust Credentials.
