Create and Manage Cases in Jobscience Community

Jobscience support is accessed from the JobscienceCommunity tab within your Jobscienceorg.

You should see the tab on your main tab menu bar.

  • [In Classic] by clicking the + symbol to view All Tabs and find JobscienceCommunity
  • [In Lightning] clicking the App menu launcher (9 dots icon)

Once in the Community, open the drop-down menu under your name and select Contact Support.


This opens your ticket view, where you can view and manage current tickets (cases) by selecting the existing ticket, or submit a new one by clicking the "Submit a New Ticket" button.
