JS Community IP Restriction Error - No_Oauth_Token
IP restrictions on profiles require an additional IP address to be added for JobscienceCommunity access. This IP address can be found on the user record in the Login History related list.
No_Oauth_Token: invalid_grant ip restricted
For users that have IP restrictions on their profile, when accessing the Jobscience Community they may receive the above error message.
This is caused by a step in launching Jobscience Community attempting to connect to the user.
- Access the users record, where there will be a record in the Login History related list with the Application of Jobscience Customer Community.
- Add the associated IP for that record to allow the user to access the Jobscience Community as expected.
