Formatting Issues When Posting Jobs With Idibu

Suggestions for what to do if jobs posted with Idibu are not properly formatted on the sites where they are posted.

• Avoid pasting in Job Descriptions with formatting. Use notepad to remove the formatting with the folowing steps:

  1. Paste the description into Notepad

  2. Save and close the Notepad item

  3. Open the Notepad item and paste the text into the Job Advertisement field.

  4. Use the formatting tools in the Job Advertisement field to format the job

• Sometimes Jobscience formatting is incompatible with an outside Job Board. You may wish to log into the outside Job Board and fix the formatting there directly.
