Onboarding Connector - User Guide

• Access an AMS Offer Record
• Fill out as many Fields as possible, a number of these values will auto populate onto the Employee File. At a minimum, Employee Type Field must be populated with a value.

TIP: There are 2 Validation Rules on the Offer Object from this Onboarding Connector Package. They control whether an Employee File can be generated via Generate Employee File Offer Field. The criteria of these Validation Rules cannot be changed but can be cloned for any necessary modifications to fit customer specific needs. (Offer Status = Accepted & Approval Status = Approved). Ideally, an Approval Process is configured to update the Offer Status & Approval Status Fields. And these should be updated before Generate Employee File is checked.

• When ready to create an Employee File, find Generate Employee File & check the box then save the record.
