Enabling Viewing Encrypted Data for Generated PDF Documents

JobscienceOnboarding is largely used to collect new hire documentation, including US I9, W4, and Driver License information. A number of the data points for these documents are encrypted, meaning you require an extra level of permission to view the collected data. Directions below should be actioned by a System Administrator to provide the proper Person/People in charge of collecting New Hire documentation.

1. Navigate to All Tabs.

2. Locate & Access the Permission Setup.

3. Select Add.

   • Pick Profile to enable for whole Profile or User for an individual User.

   • Use the Magnifying Glass to locate & select the desired Profile or User.

   • Check the Allow access to encrypted fields.

   • Save your changes.

Repeat as needed for additional Profile(s) or User(s) .
