New Candidate List: Resolved Issue with "Exclude" in Notes Search

We fixed an issue where advanced searches for candidate notes returned no results when using "Exclude" criteria with other search parameters on the New Candidate List. Searches now return the correct results when "Exclude" is combined with additional criteria.
