New Candidate List: Support for Primary and Secondary Address Fields

What’s new?

You can now search and filter candidates by specific address components (Address, City, State, ZIP, and Country) for both primary and secondary addresses in the New Candidate List. These filters are available through Advanced Search and Facet Filters when fullAddress labels are configured in your View Layout settings.

Why does it matter?

Previously, the single “Address” field automatically searched across all address components. With this enhancement, recruiters can easily target a specific part of an address, which helps increase precision and relevancy of search results.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied to the New Candidate List. The rollout of the New Candidate List is currently in progress.
